 -Stay True to Yourself Everyone is getting excited and ready for 2011. Suddenly the opportunities appear endless and they are but the KEY is to remain true to yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else. Base your goals on stretching yourself, but also within reach of where you are currently. Often times we set out with the best intentions, however, we over shoot our own truth. Begin to analyze some of the successes of the previous year or maybe even further back. What made those successes work well. Now use this information to ensure promise in your future endeavors. For example, if one of your goals is to bring in a double profit in your first quarter of the year. There are several factors that contribute to this one goal. Instead of starting out so broad, set individual goals for each contributing factor. Attacking things from this perspective keeps you honest and bring in more effective results.
