We really need to stand up first as a community and take more interest in what is going on in our own community before we focus so much on the White House and or the President. I'm exicited about the march but I'm even more concerned about what's takes place after the march. We've got to learn that it shouldn't take certain statements or comments to make us react; we must learn to be proactive. It's starts on a very small scale and then braches out. If one is uninform it's take little effort to become inform. The march is a great thing! A way to organized people that have a passion about something, but we must focus on keeping them motivated and not just motivated but moving! The minister in the clip is exactly correct nothing will happen until we STAND up and make it happen. This means getting involved and staying involved, voting, voluteering, speaking up when you know something is WRONG and last STANDing for something and not falling for ANYTHING! Angela Pride By the way there a voter registration drive happening on October 8, all day! There are shifts available so |
